I fell from a ladder cleaning the gutters in my townhouse in Compton, and I broke my wrist trying to brace myself. I don’t have health insurance so I was scared that I wouldn’t be able to pay the bill. It’s been hard keeping up with the economy in California, and I’ve got bad credit now as I’m in debt already. So getting a loan from my bank in Compton, or in Willowbrook, Paramount, or Lynwood was impossible because they don’t have loans for people with bad credit. So I resorted to my last option, which was applying for a car title loan. It actually worked out great for me as I was approved right on their website, I was able to pick up my cash at their affiliate location about an hour later, and I didn’t have to give up my car for it. I took care of the hospital bill and used the rest of the money to pay off some credit card bills. I think I’ve bought myself enough time to pay the title loan back in the next few months, but I’m just happy to have that hospital bill paid.
