My coworkers still joke with me about my accident with my laptop, but it’s a whole lot better than the alternative. I probably would’ve gotten fired if I didn’t replace my laptop right away after I spilled a drink all over it at a party at my apartment in Manhattan Beach a few months ago. I work as a content writer for some websites and I usually take my work home with me. Well I also have music on the laptop, and while I was playing some tunes at a party, someone knocked over a drink and it spilled on the laptop. It was toast, and I thought I was too because I didn’t have the money at the time to go out and buy a new laptop. I didn’t have time to go around El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, or Lawndale looking for a loan either, so I applied online for a car title loan to get it replaced by Monday for work. They got me my cash super fast, and I was able to go out and buy a new laptop in Manhattan Beach that Monday morning before work. Thanks for saving my job!
